When does a business need custom software instead of an off-the-shelf product?

How do we build custom software, step by step?

Six phases: discovery, analysis and design, prototype, development in increments, testing and launch, then ongoing support and evolution.

We start with discovery sessions with decision makers and the people who actually use the system every day — they know the pain points better than anyone. We document processes as they are, then propose how they should be.

You then receive a clear scope document and designs for the key screens to review and approve before a single line of code is written. Development runs in short increments (usually two weeks), and at the end of each you see a working piece, so there are no surprises at the end.

Before launch we test with real data, migrate data from your legacy tools, and train your team in Arabic. After launch we stay with you under a support agreement with clearly defined response times.

What do you receive at the end of the project?

A running system on your servers or in the cloud, the source code, technical documentation and an Arabic user guide, training for your team, and a written support plan.
