How does the software fix collection and debts?
Every payment is recorded against the subscriber with date and amount and issued with a receipt, so the owner knows at any moment who paid, who is late and total arrears.
The collector opens the alley or street list on the phone, taps the subscriber and records the amount. The subscriber gets a WhatsApp receipt and the owner sees it instantly or on the next connection. At day’s end the app reconciles what the collector took with the cash handed over, so no dinar is lost between ledger and pocket.

Does it follow the official amp price?
Yes. The amp price is set per month and per line type, bills are calculated from it, and past prices stay on record for any review.
Pricing varies by governorate and month with running hours and fuel support. So we never hard-code the price; it’s a clear monthly setting. The subscriber and billing register can be exported to Excel when authorities request it.
How do I see a generator’s real profit?
It takes revenue actually collected and subtracts fuel, oil, maintenance and wages per generator, showing net monthly profit rather than theoretical revenue.
