Factory and production management software

Factory, workshop and production cost software in Iraq

Raw materials and bills of materials, work orders, true product cost, waste and finished stock.

Who it’s for

  • Food and beverage plants
  • Plastics and packaging factories
  • Detergent and chemical plants
  • Furniture, aluminium and steel workshops

Problems it solves

  • Product cost is estimated, not calculated, so prices are wrong
  • Material waste goes unmeasured
  • Raw-material stock unknown until it runs out and the line stops
  • Generator and fuel costs left out of product cost

Modules

What’s inside the factory and production management software

Bills of materials

Materials and quantities per product, with substitutes.

Unit cost

Materials + labour + energy and fuel + waste + overheads.

Waste and quality

Wasted and rejected quantity per order and per line.

Warehouses

Raw, semi-finished and finished, with minimum levels and alerts.

Sales and distribution

Dealer and rep orders, loading and delivery.

Why does true product cost matter so much?

If a product is priced on an estimated cost, a factory can sell it at a loss for years without knowing. The software computes cost from actual consumption on every work order.

Iraq adds costs other plants don’t see: generator fuel during power cuts, and dollar-priced imported materials that shift. The software allocates these to production by hours or quantities, so cost shows as it really is.

Does it suit small workshops?

Yes. Start with recipes, stock and product cost only, then add lines, shifts, quality and distribution as needed.

How does it prevent stoppages from material shortages?

It calculates upcoming work orders’ material needs against stock and alerts early enough to buy or import.
