Where bots stumble

• The same word spelled several ways
• Arabizi: Arabic written in Latin letters and digits
• Product names in slang or local brand names
• Neighbourhood and area names
• Voice notes
• Very short messages with no context (“available?”)

How we handle them

We collect a large sample of your real customer conversations (with personal data masked), build a glossary of your products, areas and customers’ phrasings, and test the bot on it before launch. When a message is ambiguous the bot asks one clarifying question, then hands off if it’s still unclear. Voice notes can be transcribed before being understood.
