**Drivers log each delivery with its amount in the app at handover, so the office knows what each driver owes before they return, and the cash is reconciled on hand-in.**

The biggest risk for Iraqi couriers is cash on the move. When the amount is logged at delivery rather than on return, reconciliation becomes arithmetic, not memory, and any gap shows the same day.

## How does it cut merchant calls?

**Merchants see every shipment’s status, their balance and payout date in the portal, and WhatsApp notifications can go to them and their customer on key changes.**
